Naming ceremony for cruise ship Beauty at Sea – MSC Bellissima


MSC Cruises’ Godmother Sophia Loren, officially named MSC Bellissima during a glittering naming ceremony 2nd of March in Southampton with a stunning array of live entertainment and performances by world famous guests such as Andrea Bocelli, Matteo Bocelli and Cirque du Soleil at Sea.

“The 315-meter vessel, a sister ship of Meraviglia, was built by Chantiers de l’Atlantique and designed with a lot of material and details upgrades to create even better vessel, says TDoS Project Manager Agata Baron-Zekiec. TDoS is very happy to been trusted with great design improvement on the public areas for MSC Bellissima, adds Agata Baron-Zekiec.”

MSC Bellissima will spend her first time in Western Mediterranean, to the Gulf in November, then Dubai and in spring 2020 she will be deployed to Asia.

MSC Cruises and Chantiers de l’Atlantique also held a coin ceremony for MSC Virtuosa last week. Due to be delivered in November 2020.
