MSC Cruises took delivery of the its 15th ship on Monday, the MSC Seaview. She will spend the summer in the Mediterranean before repositioning to Brazil for the winter season.
“The MSC Seaview will bring yet another new distinctively innovative MSC Cruises product to the market as she boasts cutting edge design.” said Pierfrancesco Vago, executive chairman of MSC Cruises.
With her “beach condo” design and generous outdoor public spaces, the Seaview follows her sistership, the Seaside, which was delivered last fall and is deployed out of Miami on Caribbean cruises. Together with her sister ship the Seaside, it is the biggest ship ever built in Italy.
All the open deck areas designed by TDoS have a direct connection to the elements, from the dramatic aft pool on deck 7 and the wrap-around promenade on deck 8, to the exhilarating main pool and glass bridge on deck 16 and above. TDoS also designed several other public spaces onboard, all with their distinct identities, and with a clear goal to appeal to the Miami market.
This project has been another very fruitful and creative collaboration between TDoS and MSC Cruises. Tillberg Design of Sweden are extending our very best wishes to the Owners, Crew and Guests of MSC Seaside.
