TDoS is looking for yearly stand-in for the position of:


At Tillberg Design of Sweden, Group Support (admin team) plays key part in creating amazing work environment and has great impact on the company culture. For this particular position, we are open for different types of backgrounds. What will stand out is your experience within office administration, as well as background related to finances eg. invoices, payments. As the strong merit we also consider the smile and energy you bring every day to the office with you.

The responsibilities related to the office management would take 75-80% of daily work and 20-25% shall be associated with finance duties. Person in this role will be reporting and closely working with Chief Finance Officer, together with Finance Manager and corresponding Office Manager. This is office based position (non-remote)

The role of Office Manager at Tillberg Design of Sweden involves:


  • Responsibility for the office: reception, visitors, deliveries, stationary, safety, celebrations
  • Managing / Co-managing company events: Kick-offs, Christmas parties, fikas
  • Invoices & flow
  • Responsibility over credit card system
  • Close cooperation with third party service providers for the office
  • Support for business travelling
  • Providing every day, ad-hoc support for other colleagues
  • Close cooperation with other Group Support members


The perfect candidate can be described with:

  • Experience in office administration,
  • Experience in finances: documents, invoices, flow
  • “Doer attitude” being eager to handle several tasks simultaneously
  • Team-player that constantly enthuses other
  • Excellent English and communication skills
